This has got to be the worst agency EVER! Takes MONTHS to get CPap supplies and even longer for medical supplies. They let the prescription expire then don't request another until you call looking for your item. I am disabled and I had a commode ordered as my previous was falling apart- 6 months later 2 prescriptions sent- MULTIPLE phone calls while the screw has completely broke through the plastic into my leg- Brace on support beam broken off and is in danger of collapse- meanwhile "they'll call you back" is the general theme... read full review

This has got to be the worst experience I have ever had in my life. I have really bad sleep apnea and my machine is about 16 years old and recalled.i have been begging them for a new machine to which my doctor signed the order because mine keeps shutting off and I'm getting hardly any sleep. On top of that the cushions they send me for my old machine seem to wear out in two weeks and I can't even get those or a response from them, I feel like my body is shutting down from lack of sleep how is this happening from U.W Madison

While their sales people would call me and push product at a borderline harassing frequency, their billing department apparently attempted one call after the 5-6 snail mail invoices weren't paid (I confused them with the UW health system) before sending me to collections. They had my email but didn't use it. This is the first collections issue I've had in >20 years. This organization is a blight and embarrassment to the UW health system overall brand. Stay away from this company if you possible can.
