“Blown away! This is such an outstanding service. My daughter had been sick for over 10 days; she had a video visit with a provider back home that was less than 3 minutes and gave no help. The next day I signed her up for this membership (at midnight) and they were AT HER DORM at 9am. and she was in definite need of antibiotics, which was prescribed along with a probiotic. The NP was so unbelievably nice and caring AND I had to speak to the billing office (my own fault) and it was quickly resolved and they were extra friendly as well. I'm so impressed with this service. Not only quality care for a college student when needed, but peace of mind for me too. Well worth the membership!“
