This was one of the best experiences I have ever had at a salon. First of all the customer service was exceptional. Before entering this salon, I had very unsatisfactory hair. However, my hair stylist, Christina, was able to flawlessly fix it. She did not rush and took her time to make my hair look its best. The complimentary deep conditioning treatment was a very welcome bonus to the appointment. I appreciated the service a lot and am definitely returning for my hair needs. In addition to happy results, I received in the mail, a personal card from Christina with extra hair advice. The gesture was lovely! Thank you Total Image! I will be coming back.
