When I first got there, it seemed like they were so busy and overwhelmed. But it went just fine. They really pumped people through fast. Lauren did my hair exactly as I wanted and listen to what I was requesting.

Stylist did an amazing job though and took off several inches and added beautiful layers all around including around the face to keep it minimal work while still maintaining style.
