My aesthetician has been at Massage Envy for years. The staff is friendly. As with any good business, I would expect to schedule weeks out. My girlfriends and I have been able to schedule. 3 massages at once we were each pleased with our therapist. Both waiting room and treatment room are clean. Both waiting room and treatment room are quiet. I was able to play affirmations during my appointment. My facials and massages have been customized for my needs I have not been disappointed. I love the feel of the brushes applying the different masks and moisturizers
Krista did such great work on my neck, back, and shoulders during my massage. She was so insightful about the pain and tension issues I was having, as well as having great tips for how to improve my issues with certain movements or exercises. McKenzie at the desk was polite, friendly, and helpful! The vibe is relaxing and comfortable while waiting for the session and the rooms are clean, relaxing, and well decorated! Awesome massage clinic and they even have skincare services and products too!
Kat does an amazing job. She is an amazing massage therapist. She listens to my needs and tailors a session to what I need each time I see her. She is especially good at deep shoulder work.
