I've had two laser hair treatments done so far in Madison. My very first was with Lindsey and my second was with Meghan. They answered all my questions and were very kind. Excited to see the final results.

I love my Ideal Image ladies. I feel so welcomed the minute I step foot in the door. I am recognized by name and chat with the receptionist and whoever else is at the desk. The ladies are so friendly. It's like walking into Cheers and everyone knows your name and conversations start right back where you left off. The ladies are knowledgeable about their products and procedures. Make suggestions and tweaks if you wanted a change here and there. I had Ultherapy yesterday and Bella helped me get through some spicy spots and we went at my pace. We had a great rapport. After my treatment I knew what to expect.
