He's an Australian Shepard- so he's always hyper... all the time lol play, play, play... so when I started to notice his energy levels and appetite had changed I was concerned. I called his vet and unfortunately they weren't able to see him for another week. They recommended VCA in Middleton. Worst experience ever! My dog needed an emergency c section! We brought her in knowing time was of the essence, the vet assured us that puppies needed to and would be out quickly. Hours later we got a text saying she was going into surgery! She sat in a cage for hours while her puppies were deattched. None of the puppies made it, which was sad but i was ok as long as she was ok. On the ride home i just kept thinking she didnt seem right. Our beautiful girl died the next day as well. We are heartbroken, you rush them to these fancy places and they dont offer good care for your pets! We had another emergency c section with our normal vet. SCUMBAGS. They diagnose my guinea pig with heart failure, tell her she needs to be on a certain medication for the rest of her life, and then refuse to renew the prescription unless I come in and pay them another $450 for another visit. DISGUSTING. Who the F do you think you are? Makes me sick. They're whimsically playing with my pet's life and have the audacity to be rude on the phone at the same time. Disgusting malpractice by a bunch of slime. If you don't live in an animal hospital desert, avoid this place at all costs. VCA are the Applebees of animal hospitals.
