Alisha was a wonderful stylist that really listened to what I wanted. She even took the time at the end to ensure the cut was exactly what I visioned. The whole experience was great, thank you!
I love Ecco! But I went in the other day and the front desk lady was just sitting there on her phone. I stood there for like 5 minutes in front of the desk and she didn’t look up at me once, just sat there on her phone. It was pretty awkward. And then when she did look up and started checking me in, she had a pretty rude attitude and just wasn’t very nice at all. The receptionists are usually very nice there, I just didn’t enjoy this experience!
Cam was the best! She was friendly, professional, understood exactly what I wanted, recommended the perfect products without being pushy, and gave the best shampooing experience I’ve ever had! 1000/10 would recommend her! Also, be sure to get the custom Davines treatment add-on; it made my hair the softest and shiniest it’s ever been!!
