Would never use this agency. Some staff did not seem trained to turn a bedridden person. Sent a caregiver for nights who was intoxicated. I tried to reach someone through the answering service 4 times in a 2 hour period of time after this person arrived and had passed out on my couch, and no one would return my call. I question how well people are screened before being hired. I question what training is done?? I would rate with zero stars if I could. I reported to social services at the hospital ask that this company be taken off their list of home care agencies
