Caliber did a great job on my old T and C van.. The front end of the van looked good as new when it was finished.. All the staff I delt with we're on top of it and courteous in my dealings.. The process took a bit longer than I expected , however , I don't fault the company.. Parts , etc. take time to get together.. I would recommend this company for collision repair and not hesitate to use them again if I needed... This place is a joke. This is a chain store. If you want quality go someplace else. I have not had any work done by them but just by first impressions there's no way they are touching by car.

Dave and his team at Caliber Collision of Middleton are fantastic. I hit a deer about a week ago at low speed. There was a small amount of cosmetic damage done and I was unsure whether anything more serious lurked beneath the service. The folks at Caliber carefully inspected my car to ensure no structural damage was done, fixed the cosmetic issues and attended to a ding unrelated to the deer collision. They did all of this in approximately 1 day! No one wants to visit a body shop, but if you must this is the one to go to. Thanks Dave and co!
