The communication so far has not been great. I’ve been without a car for 20 days. I called twice to which they said I’ll get a call back. I never got one and finally said, each time you guys told me you’ll back but haven’t. Then they talked to me. I feel like I’ve been in the dark about my car. I don’t even have a rental. My mom traveled from Canada to help me out by letting me drive her car and she can’t go back home and had to extend her stay because this company has been taking forever. When my car sustained severe hail damage, the staff at Caliber Collision were incredibly helpful. They got my vehicle in for repairs when other repair shops wouldn't even return my calls to make an appointment! With Calliber Collision my car was returned beautifully repaired and cleaned. Would definitely recommend this repair shop.
Never fun to have to take your car to get fixed. Especially when the accident wasn’t your fault. I was recommended from a friend to choose Caliber Collision and I was so grateful I did. They were very informative on the repairs and time it would take to fix my vehicle. They were so kind and professional as well!
