We want to thank Actuate Improvement for a job very well done on our bathroom remodel! From beginning to end communication was easy. They were always there when scheduled and did meticulous work. But most importantly they were a pleasure to work with. Beginning with honesty about what could and couldn’t be done, to wonderful suggestions for design to actually carrying out the plans, it was a good experience (which wasn’t always true with some other home improvement projects). By the end it was more like working with family! As my husband put it “it felt like if we just shook hands, it would have been enough.”

Really 4.5-5 stars. Appreciate that they stand behind their work and try to make things right if you have an issue. They have a software program that makes communication easy as well as selections and it's something that you can refer back to even once your project is done. We had a complete remodel, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, flooring, all trim and doors... It was a 5 month project. The finished project is beautiful. They have had a lot of staff turn over but maybe that is par for the industry? Fun team to work with, and appreciate Mark standing behind the work, as we've had one ongoing issue with one of the bathroom remodels but hoping that will be resolved and will give an update if/when that is taken care of.
