I had heard good things, so I went there to get my taxes done. Something seemed off, so I asked a few questions about it. I was immediately met with attitude and told, “Well, I did everything right.” They suggested I get a second opinion, so I did, and my new tax preparer says documents are missing. Since then, they haven’t responded to any of my calls or emails.
A week ago I went and got my taxes done, standard experience, standard return, in no way better than turbo tax, outside of not having to punch it in myself. My appointment was at noon on Saturday finishing at about12:30. How is that a week later when I go back to pay they are suddenly closed at noon? In fact being worried about this very situation I specified that I work until 12 and was told to stop by anytime from 9-3. How is it that the owner of the business doesn't know his own hours? Had this been their first time failing me I'd be more lenient. However they botched my 2020 tax return and cost me 2,800$. 2,900$ if you count the charge for their services.… read full review
