My cat is very feral and skiddish. The staff was extremely professional helping her through her shots and ear exam, and didn’t make a big deal of her challenging behavior. They were efficient and helpful. Kudos to the team.
Dr Cathy O is amazing! She takes her time with each pet and has a very caring attitude to help them and make sure they are doing well! The rest of the staff at Rockwood was very friendly and caring also!!
I brought our dog to Rockwood Friday with an injury to her paw. The vet was very friendly while she examined our dog. She tried to make pur dog at ease with calm talking and treats. Our dog was diagnosed with and infection in her paw. The vet discussed treatment with medication and answered all my questions.
Monday morning I was surprised to receive a text message from Rockwood asking how the treatment was going.
We've had a lot of vet calls over the years and I am very impressed with Rockwood's Customer Service.
