Above and beyond in every way! From meeting the owner and family, spending time in their beautiful showroom, and working with Sasha, to having Brittney visit our home and Justin install our products, every part of our experience with In The Lite was outstanding.
Everyone was professional, patient, and genuinely cared about understanding what we wanted. We never felt pressured or “sold to”—only supported throughout the entire process. In The Lite truly nailed it, and we couldn’t be happier!
Shannon did a great job with the work. He was very friendly and courteous .
Had these guys out to wire in a mini-split. They did good work, and even when an unforeseeable issue arose, Justin worked with me to get it fixed at no extra charge. Doug and Shannon who did the work were friendly and tidy and informative. Would hire this crew again.
