I have been on a journey to alleviate neck/back pain for 10+ years, chiropractic at first cause I refused to do the surgery or pill route. I discovered Thai Massage(assisted stretching technique) in Denver while traveling and have not looked back. It has been a godsend to find Michelle in this area to continue my Thai stretching, skeletal alignment, and full range of motion techniques to succeed in solving annoying pain issues. I have a lot of knots in my back & shoulders. I need a deep massage to get them to release. Michelle does a great job and has helped reduce the tension I have there. Her background with physical therapy is a bonus in which she gives helpful techniques I can take home and apply there. Always look forward to our conversations also!

Fantastic care of the patient and very kind and knowledgeable approach to individual pain. Beautiful setting and I feel very relaxed and calm. Hoping to improve my wellness with more appointments.
