This is the second car I purchased at Sommers. I have had all of my service and some body work done by them. I have never been disappointed. I have always been treated with kindness and care.
Everyone at this dealership is so nice! I drove in with no appt. last week b/c my engine light was on. Gary who I usually deal with lifted my hood and saw I was really low on oil. Turns out that wasn't the issue b/c the light came on again. I took in in for service and dealt with a different Gary to make the appt. and Mike checked me in. There was quite a bit that needed to be fixed so after waiting 2.5 hrs Mike found a loaner car for me after I ok'd the service to fix it. I am so grateful I have a place where I can take my car and can trust. Thank you everyone in the service department.
Went in for some Infotainment issues and Joe Vella (sales person) spent a good 20 minutes with the ON STAR tech and me to rectify some issues.
