I first visited Aspen many years back after purchasing a Groupon for services. At the time, I was afraid they would treat me differently as a "Groupon client," and because I was young and didn't particularly fit the Mequon mold, but this was never the case. They were immediately warm and friendly (especially Abby!), and seemed genuinely excited to welcome a new client to their practice. I've since moved two times and have a bit of a long drive to reach their office, but I've continued to purchase services from Aspen and look forward to every visit with Michaela (who is just as delightful as Abby was). The Best around..I drive an hour bc they are worth it.Front desk staff is welcoming and super friendly and Amy is the skincare guru.All the staff is great!Loved my SkinPen and Forma treatment.

I was hooked in by their great Groupon deal and have been back many times for treatments. The waiting room and treatment rooms are super cute; nice displays of their products and decorated nicely. Fruit infused water while you wait. Everyone I have interacted with here is friendly and helpful, especially Val who is the technician I have seen every time. She is FANTASTIC. Super friendly, explains everything that's going on, knowledgeable, and really listens. You can tell she really cares about her clients during and after treatments. I can't recommend her highly enough.Keep an eye out for their super big sale, usually around November, because they have amazing deals then.
