The supervisor Amanda is the most unprofessional and disrespectful person that I have ever even tried to deal with over the phone for anything such as this. she actually yelled at me over the phone the first time I was actually able to try and speak with her when I’m not even a client. She told me “the head will not reach out to you for anything because they will not deal with you” I’m just trying to help one of the clients who is my mother and she will hang up the phone by slamming it. I wonder how you can take someone's EBT card and let them sit over the weekend with our milk and other things that they may need to have food to eat and I end up using my EBT card to help them out and you don't care and also how you can act like there money is yours to control with out any consideration of them and their needs also I think that something needs to be done with your company and I am going to start looking into it

This company and Meraki are both the worst I've ever seen I highly recommend if someone in your family can help go with it because they left my daughter with no money for over a year except 100 a month to live on. She needs food She needs clothes she needs to take care of her daughter and she can't get any of her money without it being an argument...het bills weren't even getting paid for 6 months6and now there blaming a disabled person for there mess ups
