I had my second massage with Cassie. I had injured my hip in a fall a couple of weeks ago. I went to her two days after to help with a hip flexor muscle. I went to her for a second time yesterday to continue to work on my hip and other muscle groups. I also train with weights 4 days a week and have several other areas that need some work. I had a 60 minute full body deep tissue massage both times with Cassie. She also added some hot stones on my hip area that really had a great relief of soreness in my hip and other muscles. My mom went and had fabulous massages from head to toe! The girls were so sweet and felt very comfortable. I only wish they had relaxing music playing with the candles lit. Will definitely go back!
I called to make an appointment and was able to get an appointment on the same day, right when I had hoped. Lea was very friendly on the phone and in person. The massage was great! I will definitely be back again!
