The entire physical therapy team in Chippewa Falls/Lake Hallie were outstanding throughout my treatment. Their professionalism, kindness, and patience made every visit something I actually looked forward to, and they always took the time to explain each exercise and answer my questions clearly. Thanks to their encouragement and expertise, I’ve made great progress. I am especially grateful for Amy’s help.
Great location, clean office, respectful, courteous, friendly and helpful staff, AND excellent care! I had my 3rd appointment today with Anna. I’ve dealt with horrible one sided headaches since February and just 2 months ago sudden onset of hearing loss on the right side. My headaches were minimal 7/10 pain-daily, with no relief from extra sleep or OTC pain relieving medicine. Started a month ago with some PT and Dry Needling and now my headaches are reduced significantly to maybe 2 days a week and more like 4/10 for pain. Much more manageable and I don’t mind driving 2 hours from home (near Duluth, MN) for this treatment. It isn’t a cure but it is definitely helping and making a positive impact for sure! Michelle has been amazing to work with and easy to schedule and let me know dates and times appointments for Anna are and has me all set for the next two months with sessions almost weekly. I am SO thankful and always look forward to it. Overall I definitely say 10/10. They are 100% invested in you and helping you prioritize your goals to improve your health along the journey! Anna I appreciate your time, and expertise! You are wonderful!
The staff is exceptional and what they were able to help me achieve is amazing! I was provided with so many tools and tips to help me in the future. I'll be back to them for all of my future PT needs!
