We hired Heritage Builders to dismantle and rebuild our deck. They were prompt in providing an estimate and taking care of all the permit steps, etc. along with scheduling when stated. The construction team that came out were very hard-working fellas. Every time I looked out the window they were sawing, measuring, or building even walking to and from equipment trailer to work site was done quickly. Very pleasant and professional with our interactions. This deck is in the sun all day and the project was done during the hot and humid days of July, yet they worked on continuously. This past month I had to repair projects I just could not do my self. Heritage 's Trenton adjusted, secured and covered a drooping rain gutter, neatly, quickly and in good spirits. Yesterday I needed an irregular curb wrapped in metal. Ron and Nolan arrived on time and, with my concerns, quickly measured, cut, and installed the multi angled trim coil pieces perfectly. I always said small jobs are just as important to the customer as the big one. Your crews communicate that to me.
They are all very professional and helpful with ideas and any questions I had about the improvements that they did. Even got my jobs done ahead of schedule and everything went great. Now on schedule with them for a third job to be done this summer
