Elaine is hands down the most talented stylist on the planet. She is my mother, but I promise I am not biased. I live 1,200 miles away and refuse to let anyone else do my hair until I get a chance to sit down in her chair because she is very deliberate, efficient, and ensures you receive the services asked for. She sets very real expectations and will not oversell your experience. She will take her time when doing dramatic hairstyle changes to ensure you’re comfortable with the differences. Overall great first experience at this Cost Cutters. I was able to get in right away without an appointment, though I know they can get quite busy.
Staff was friendly. My stylist Chelsea checked in with me throughout the haircut to see if it was what I wanted.

Chelsea (I think I got her name right) was INCREDIBLE!!! I usually dread haircuts, but I needed one badly. I have never loved my hair more!! She was honest, friendly, helpful, and just awesome!! I absolutely love my hair and I can’t wait to see it get stronger and healthier thanks to your help!!
