Nikole Messerschmidt is hands down one of the best lawyers in Madison. She will go over and beyond for her clients. A lot of lawyers are just about facts and law with Nikole you will feel heard and she will fight for you. I never thought I would be going through a divorce Nikole made it less painful as possible. Nikole Messerschmidt was the attorney who helped me with my divorce proceedings. Divorces can be emotional and sometimes it's difficult to compromise on issues you feel strongly about and think that you have a good "case" when you actually don't. That's when you need a lawyer that will honestly break the news to you that it's not in your best interest to take that course of action. That's what I liked about Nikole, not only did I feel listened too, she would let me know when pushing an issue was a loosing proposition. It's hard to hear but necessary so you don't drag things out. Divorce is not cheap and it is all about compromising.
