I usually have a really good experience. The last time I went to have my nails done, I got a rush job. The nail tech did not shape my nails correctly. They are not the same size and the nail polish is all over my cuticles. When I showed the nail tech my concerns, he said it was so to the color polish I choose. Not sure how the polish did all of this. I'm normally don't complain but this was horrible.

I have been going to Van and Tony now Nail City for over 10 yrs. I love them they are family to me. They do a wonderful job on my nails and toes. They offer a very warm and comfortable environment in the shop. If you want to relax and have no stress visit them in Menomonee Falls. Love you two. You two are the best.

I absolutely love them! Their customer service is amazing. I enjoy laughing and talking with them. My nails are always beautiful and if there's an issue with my nails, they always make it right.
