The service was excellent. The techs who worked on my car, Jack, Twan, and Ed, are friendly and very helpful! Twan went out of his way to show me how to use the menu feature on my new car and didn't make me feel stupid in the process. The prices are very reasonable and the products are high quality. I won't take my car anywhere else.

I have used Oil Changers for about 2 years. I am terrible about getting my oil changes regularly. They send me reminders, which has been very helpful and coupons! My last service was on 1/31/24, Twan is the technician that assisted me and was very polite and informative. He explained why they recommended services and what I needed to address now and what I could address later. I have used other places in the past that cost less but did not return because of bad or no customer service. I will continue to service my vehicle with Oil Changers in the future because good customer service is not easy to find and they have great customer service!

Third time visiting this shop after going for emissions tests but first time for an oil change. I was promptly greeted by courteous staff, recommended some preventative services with no pressure sales. The techs were very thorough in checking and topping off fluids, tire pressure, and inspecting my air filter and exterior lights. I was very grateful they replaced my oil drain plug gasket, knowing Nissan uses single use crush gaskets, ensuring no oil leaks. Total service time was about 10 minutes, knowing prices for synthetic oil services it was still under $85 using an online coupon so its not terrible compared to other quick lube shops.
