Wow!! I brought in a pair of my old Sebago penny loafers from years past. I've always taken good care of them but they needed new heels and even though Joe said that the soles had more life in them I insisted on new soles as well. Joe told me he would call me in one to two weeks when done. And that he did. I then picked up my shoes and did he deliver a finely crafted repair. Job well done, Joe! And..........remember......Sebago is a quality brand. I paid a bit over half of what a new pair of Sebago loafers would ordinarily cost. It's as if I just bought a new pair!! Thanks, Joe.
I wanted new heels put on a pair of suede ankle boots. John did a fine job with the heels and went above and beyond by cleaning and brushing the suede - my boots look like new. He also replaced the pull-on tabs at the back of the boot. And for a reasonable price.
I would not hesitate to recommend this business to anyone.
Great service. Went in asking for help adding a hole to my leather belt didn't charge me at all wouldn't even take a tip! I've been here before to get shoes repaired great service quality work highly recommend!
