I have worked Alto-shaam for over 3 years and I must say honestly, to people seeking a constant work environment, building great products, with other adults, seeking a common goals of prosperity, growth and work life balance support, Alto-shaam may be for you. There are always pros and cons to every employment assignments in life, and for me as a mature adult who has seen a few, I can say that Alto-shaam, Is a wholesome workspace with plenty of flexibility to encourage growth within. You are not just a number or body, you're family, so bring your positive energy and lets grow. I work here. I've been here for 25yrs. I feel we build the best units out there. I know that when I build a new unit I build it as if I'm buying it. I don't want a new product that doesn't look new.

Excellent work environment with ample growth opportunities. They always look to promote and fill positions with internal employees before looking to external.To the person who left one star and stated the shop floor is hot and doesn't have AC, please tell me a manufacturer that has a building this large that does have AC. They have extremely huge fans on the ceiling (biggest I've ever seen) that move a ton of air. The conditions of this shop floor, in comparison to other comparable companies, is excellent.
