The wall class changed me!!!! It helped me unlock some new doors and pushed me past some areas I was feeling a little stuck/static. If you haven't been to this studio.......you're missing out. What an incredible experience and Kathy is such a wealth of knowledge, love and light. So grateful ? for everything she is able to offer through this amazing space.
It’s my first pregnancy and I’ve been very uncomfortable. Jennifer was a huge help! She is so kind and so are the other moms. I feel so much better! Definitely will be back! Thank you Jennifer ❤️
I happened to be visiting in the area a few years ago and took a class and I'm so glad I did! Great studio offering a variety of classes at different levels. Most classes are offered in studio and streamed via Zoom. I really enjoyed the chair yoga and Yin classes, which are difficult to find, offered on Sundays. I live in a different state and when Covid hit, the streaming classes were a lifesaver during lockdown! I've been "in studio" a couple times since my first visit but continue to take streamed classes a couple of times a week and will continue to do so. Instructors are welcoming and helpful. Responsive to queries. If you are not in the area I recommend registering for the streaming classes.
