Very responsive - my furnace was not working and the owner came out less than 24 hours of me opening a service ticket with AHS. Don gave me tips to attempt to keep the unit working temporarily to give some heat intermittently. This worked off and on for a day before the unit failed completely. (I appreciated this as we are dealing with temps in the 20's) The owner personally called AHS to discuss the need for a new furnace, he also notified me that I would have a small out of pocket for venting and to watch my email from AHS as I would need to approve. I normally don't leave reviews but this one deserves a five star. I had them out once to service my heating and air and he did a very efficient job. Very honest and the charge was less than what I expected.Fast forward to today.Had a problem with my furnace and the expert heating guy (Don) even called back to make sure all was ok.Highly recommend

I could not be more thrilled with the service and support I got from Norm and Abby heating and cooling. My previous heater was 24 years young and it was ready to retire. Abbie gave me a quote that was $3000 less than their competitors. I didn’t need Cadillac heat in the house, I just need regular heat. ?These guys took the best care of me from financing to install to support. I really could not be happier. thank you for taking such good care of my family!
