Since before we were even engaged, my husband had told me we needed to have James and Katie Stokes as our wedding photographers. Now that the wedding is passed, I can say that he was 170% right! Starting with the engagement shoot, James made us both feel so at ease. My husband and I are both camera shy, but somehow James made us forget the camera was there and we spent the whole hour laughing and having fun! When we got the photos, I was blown away by how natural, yet beautiful they looked. As for the wedding, having Katie and James there was like having two friends by your side throughout the day! Their presence was supportive, comforting and fun. And Katie literally SAVED the wedding day when my wedding dress ripped a half hour before the ceremony and she sewed it back together! I can never thank her enough for that. The photos themselves were stunning! We were amazed and thrilled by what they had all captured. I cannot sing their praises enough! Thank you, James and Katie!

I can not say enough about James and Katie and all the memories they captured on our special day! They both went above and beyond to make sure we got the pictures we wanted and keep us comfortable throughout the day. James was even in the river and on the edge of a bridge just to get the shot! Ahead of the wedding James was extremely responsive and met with us multiple times to make sure he knew what we wanted out of our day. I highly highly recommend James and Katie for your special day!

James and Katie Stokes photographed our wedding for us this summer. I couldn’t have asked for more from them. They were super organized which made the day run smoothly. When I got my pictures back I was so impressed, I’m very grateful they captured every detail. Not only are Katie and James great photographers, they are wonderful people. I’m happy I invested in them and can’t speak highly enough of them. ❤️
