“I got my computer back yesterday. It was failing to download Microsoft updates. And was telling me my windows 10 was at the end of service. It has been doing this since February. Lately it would take it about an hour to boot up and I would see flashing black screens as it was booting. I asked my sister to recommend someone. She did- Carbo’s. So I text him and dropped my computer off at his house. After the first week I text again and he says still working on it. Last resort, wipe windows 10 and reinstall. I asked him not to do do that if at all possible. So he continued to work on it. And Friday he text me that he had great news- he had it fixed. I don’t know what all it involved but he came through for me and I am so happy. Now it boots up quickly and no more end of service warning. This guy knows what he is doing and is persistent in his work. Computers can be so frustrating sometime. So rather than throw it at the wall, take it to Carbo’s.”
