I had such a wonderful experience here. The kindest, most welcoming experience at a doctor I have ever had. They were patient and sweet during my entire visit. I buy my glasses online and they didn't give me a hard time about not purchasing there. 10 out of 10 recommend!!
I was attempting to schedule an eye exam for my 4 yr old but discovered that so many places won't even see a child until they are at least 5 yrs old. I reached out to Mayville Vision and they were happy to see him and work with us to get him evaluated. They were so warm and welcoming from the second we walked in and made my usually timid kiddo very comfortable. I especially appreciated that my concerns were taken seriously, I never felt like they were being dismissed, and they even explained what was most likely going on based on the symptoms I had noticed before they even took a look. Totally wonderful experience! From the friendliness of the phone call for appointment, then the appointment today. Very thorough eye exam, a warmth and caring from the Dr, to the ladies who went above and beyond to really help me choose glasses, offering opinions, suggestions, everything so pleasant, everyone so kind and helpful. Amazing people that care! So grateful I made my appointment here. I also want to add that they spent much time with me, even waiting for me to send pictures of the glasses on me, and even fixed my old glasses!! Incredible service from people that care.
