We had to get our cat in quickly and they were VERY busy but were able to squeeze us in due to the nature of his issues. It was my first experience with Dr. Emilia and she was just perfect!! She was very thorough and still listened to my concerns. I highly recommend her. And her post visit summary I got emailed was so great. I’d never had that in the past from them, but it’s so so helpful. It was more thorough than some of my medical doctors. And, as always, the receptionist Jody is such a joy to talk to when you’re worried about your pet. That is your first impression when walking in or calling and she’s great!!!
I really felt the team was very thorough and really looked deep into the root cause of our problems we came in with. They were able to fit me in day of as a new client when my dog had an emergency need. They have private rooms so you didn’t have to wait in the lobby with others. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend!
I want to give a huge thank you to the entire team for helping me through an incredibly difficult moment. They were fully in tune with what was happening and what my dog needed. We had an emergency situation, and they supported us from the moment I called while rushing her in.
