A new build. Very upset about the lack of quality and pride with this company. I wish I could post pictures as they speak volumes. A crack from one side to another, the entire floor has whiskering and popping marks; all by day two! Apparently it dried too quickly due to heat. Had owner over and asked what he could do to make it right. Fill the crack with caulk was all we got. Multiple issues beyond this with footings, etc. VERY disappointed in the work that we paid thousands for and even more upset that the company didn't stand behind their work. Called them and they showed up within an hour for an estimate. Owner argued with his teenaged son about what kind of bird was flying around my backyard, then argued about how they should approach doing the job but not before a random 20 minute story about how amazing of an employee his girlfriend was at doing her job. He was elated to share how he did previous work on the property that a chipmunk wrecked. When asked how long it would take to get an estimate back he explained how he hasn't been motivated to do estimates and that he was falling behind... then he never called or emailed back with an estimate. Dean, the owner was reliable and dependable, as he returned and answered phone calls and texts promptly. He gave us an estimate in a relatively short period of time, and worked with us as we changed a few designs along the way. He worked with his crew to ensure a challenging concrete project was done right. This included a new retaining wall connecting to an existing wall along with replacing a high pitched driveway. Dean had some great ideas on how to address our water issues; he personally made and installed a drainage gutter to move the water away from our garage, driveway, and yard. It was a demanding project and the results are amazing. Monte, Alex, and Dylan - each were deeply invested in making a quality finished product. They took pride in the job they did and helped each other enhance their own unique skills. Dean worked hand in hand with his team. This foursome undeniably made our retaining wall and driveway one we will cherish for many years to come. We cannot say enough about the quality, pride, and integrity of this crew. We would highly recommend them to anyone for their concrete projects.
