So nice to get that hometown service! Our AC wasn't working properly so called BTU as they had originally installed our unit when we built our house! Technician was here that day to inspect! Recommended a new install! Following week Cole came to do estimate and witin 2 weeks we had cool air again! From start to finish everyone was friendly and professional! They say shop local , both local contractors near me one didn't even come to look at the job and just quoted me over 8k the other never showed up so I had worked with BTU on project years ago and so I gave them a call showed up the next day to look at what I wanted done had the quote the next day they're here now and 5 hours later out with the old and in with the new , impressive even with having to replace the floor underneath the furnace , highly recommend extremely happy with the speed and quality of their work !!!
