Always beautiful bouquets that last for a long time. Excellent customer service. Barb had trouble with business being open on two separate attempts then called me to make me aware of problem. She then took a third time out to deliver to a separate location. Was very polite and willing to make the delivery.
Absolutely recommend The Flower Studio with all my heart. I'm not from the area and had ordered an arrangement for a funeral visitation through the FTD link via the funeral home. FTD confirmed my order the day before, but then sent a cancellation notice just 2 hours before the visitation saying they could not fill the order. I started calling area florists in the order they came up on a web search. The first two - which were closer to the destination - told me that it was too late, their delivery vans had already left for the day. The Flower Studio came through with a beautfiul plant and delivered it to the location 20 miles away in time for the visitaiton despite the incredibly short notice. Thank you for the outstanding service you provided.
Easy to work with, very talented. I had fresh flowers, they never looked droopy or like they were dying, stayed beautiful all day & night. When I first saw all the bouquets, it literally took my breath away. And this was all over 20 years ago!!
