The team takes pictures to show their work if clients are not present and only ask for payment after the job is done to the client's satisfaction. Suzy and her crew are respectful, courteous, and very hardworking, bringing their own supplies and communicating throughout the day. I cannot say enough good things about Suzy and her crew. We have a very large home and after a major surgery a year ago and I have struggled with the energy to keep up. I've felt very anxious and upset that I can't keep up with everything in my home and see constant reminders when I see the clutter in my home daily. Suzy eased my feelings of guilt and anxiety of having someone else clean my home. When arriving, she reviewed all the rooms with me and made sure she knew what my main concerns were to address. I knew I was in good hands when she didn't laugh in my face or run away screaming from the dumpster fire condition my house was in. Seriously though, Suzy and her team were respectful, courteous, and extremely hard working. They brought their own supplies and communicated with us throughout the day with any questions. Our master bedroom is the messiest as it's the last room in the house that I worry about. I hoard makeup, face products, nail polish, and clothes, and she organized everything so well that I had to hold back tears when I seen the completed job. Our home is cleaner than it was when we moved in, even our kitchen appliances look like new. I will/ would recommend them to anyone. My husband and I are so happy that our house feels like a home again. Thank you for bringing order and peace back to our home!
Suzy came into our business in the start of it all in our Marshfield location. They’ve been beside us during remodel, changing things over and over again, etc. they have been a true partner in helping us get where our property is now!
