DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE. They do not provide their delivery driver number. And also not taking care for their customers. I paid two times to my unloading crew because they didn’t give me correct time of arrival. When I asked them they said you got the email that is the time of arrival and I have not received any truck at that time and paid my crew and second day truck came and paid again. When I ask for credit me for one time unloading crew payment they denied. And very rudely replied. I will not suggest anyone to buy from them. No proper documentation (packing list. )

Do not buy from this company. They have a horrible warranty process that is not clear and does not hold up to their promises. We are a hotel that ordered from them in 2016, have had a warranty issue open since Feb 2018 and have received nothing but "I'll call you back... I'll check on it and let you know" from their one person warranty department. They have already acknowledged the warranty claim by email, so there is no issue with that. But the real issue is that there is no one else you can deal with except for this one person in claims. While they seem to have good products, made in Wisconsin, the customer service is terrible. They have a white desk listed on AMZ that has no associated delivery dates, or the hutch. Called the manufacturer-who told us to go to AMZ. We did. She said well that alls the information. Left a message for management, including President...crickets...........
