Answered my call when I was having difficulty reaching anyone else. Had a blocked sewer line. Adam made room for me right away the next morning. He showed up a couple minutes early, got right to work, and had us cleared in no time. He was friendly, fast, and professional. I would recommend Becker plumbing any time.

The pilot light went out on our water heater on a Sunday and Adam was over to fix it within hours of calling the next day. He fixed a part on the water heater, and took some extra time to save us some money on a part. He updated me without me having to ask, and is very friendly and trust worthy. A few days later we found to have venting issues through the piping which caused carbon monoxide issues, so I called Adam for advice and he recommended who to call to see about the issue and made me feel less anxious about the situation. He came out again today (7/6) to put in an electric water heater to solve our venting issues, and was done in an hour. Even better, our cat took a huge liking to him as well and Adam took the time to give him belly scratches and let our cat lead him around the house.
