She also had great feedback on how to reduce muscle strain while working at a desk full time. You get a FULL hour of massage time. It seems like a lot of places I have been to recently, count the settling in and dressing time as part of the massage time. Sandie does not do this. It is a full hour of actual massage.“

“Great location! Needs refreshed treadmills. All but 2 are touchscreen, and they frequently don’t register input well, which isn’t good. For example, mid run I wanted to up the fan, but instead the incline went to max settings. I didn’t find this particularly safe mid run to have suddenly happen.“
