Docmac was so kind and fixed my laptop while I was on a work trip in the area. Affordable prices, even gave me a bag to carry my laptop in and a new charger. Super pleased with my results!

I randomly called Docmac because I was in the market for a computer component I thought I needed.. after talking with him, he talked me out of what I thought i needed (more storage), and patiently walked me through some tips and tricks. Highly recommend!

Bruce was great. He quickly diagnosed my old iMAC, showed me how I could fix it myself if I wanted to, gave me some parts gratis, printed out links for more info/anything else I might need, was friendly and pleasant and charged me a very reasonable amount for his time. Three thumbs up. Five stars.
