He efficiently staffs his office, which is kind of rare nowadays. VERY BUSY, but I observed everybody being taken care of in a timely manner.

Dr. Congdon, and his father before him, have had a stellar reputation in keeping on the forefront of technology, and also in NOT being ‘mainstream’ in getting business through Medicare, your insurance, etc.
