Had Cody in to replace some fixtures in our home and he did an amazing job. Communicated clearly and did excellent job. Was efficient and price was reasonably. Would definitely recommend.

Cody did all of the electrical work on our new home (main house, garage, and basement). I cannot say enough good things about him. He is an excellent communicator and is highly reliable. I especially appreciated his attention to detail during our build. There were a few instances where we had to make some changes to our electrical / lighting plan during the build and he provided excellent input on what would best fit our needs. Wow, he was right in all cases :)
Anytime that I need electrical work done in the future, I will be calling Cody at ResiTech.

I recommend Cody without hesitation. Cody is incredibly responsive, thorough, and easy to work with. He did the electrical work for our modular home and when we finished our basement. We decided to have a heated yoga room and he did not hesitate to work with us to get this done. He truly went above and beyond and even communicated with the company to get the infrared heating panels installed. If we have any other electrical needs, we will use Cody.
