Jennifer is a great stylist! Recently used her for a 'trim' and she did just that. Some stylists will cut more than I want. She listens to what you want and helps make suggestions when you don't know what you want.
Also, I have naturally wavy hair that I've damaged from too much flat ironing. My last service with her was a keratin treatment. She took her time to share what the process was, did the treatment, and walked me through how to take better care of my hair.
