So far I want to give zero stars. One is too high. No response from this place, and my dad's remains are waiting to be put into a vault that he prepaid. No response from Heath.I amended my review after I was able to reach Heath. He was very helpful, but I think the corporation that owns Knollwood needs to reevaluate having extra staffing so people don't wonder if their messages were ever received. It seems there was some miscommunication between several parties, and that should not put the deceased family in the middle. A quick phone call "I got your message. I'm swamped, but I'll get back to you as soon as possible" might have helped smooth things over. Things appear...read full review
Our experience with Heath at Knollwood Memorial Gardens, was very pleasant under our circumstance. I must say, he was extremely caring with my family and especially my Mom. Heath's knowledge of what Knollwood offers was very helpful in our decision making. Knollwood Memorial Gardens in Manitowoc was such a mess for many years. Heath has brought it back to such a pleasant and caring Memorial Garden. I would advise people to give it some serious consideration in planning your final resting place.
