I was moving to Manitowoc for a new job, and worked with Riley Haupt to find a home. Riley showed me several places, and I did find one I was a bit on the fence about, but ultimately made an offer. There were a few things that needed to be repaired before I felt comfortable moving forward with the purchase, and Riley was extremely helpful in navigating all of that to ensure it was taken care of before closing. The process was a bit difficult for me, as I wasn't terribly excited to be moving, but Riley made the process go as smoothly as possible.
