The person who came to provide the service was phenomenal. He was kind and efficient. Scheduling to get him out here was another story. I wish they could just plan to come out every 12 months. I called multiple times to schedule service and finally a couple months later we were able to get our needed service, though this was after we were cited from the fire dept for not being in compliance.Service: General repairs

My experience is getting a CO2 tank for homebrew filled. They charged $40 for a 5# tank. A+ Heler's just down the road performs the same service for $14, I've since learned, and they do it while you wait. I had to drop off with Summit and they said the guy who does fills was on vacation, it might be a couple weeks. Fine, no issue with that; they took my information and said they'd call. After three weeks I had to call and it's been ready for some time.I understand their primary business is not CO2 and perhaps their fire protection services are much better.
