I was pretty unimpressed by Prose. I had a standard manicure and the polish application was pretty poor- no base coat & a few nails had visible areas missing polish. My polish started chipping after just a couple days and my cuticles were super dry afterwards. Somehow going to Prose made my nails worse. I wont be returning.

First visit at Madison Hilldale. No one at the front desk when we walked in to greet us. The nail techs didn't introduce themselves and talked between themselves barely asking what we wanted or how the service was going. Waited again at checkout. I know most places are short staffed but there appeared to be enough people. Pedi was decent though. In fact, our appointment got bumped from Madison West to Hilldale due to lack of employees available at West. Unsure if I will go back.Service: Pedicures

When I walked in, the receptionist wasn’t friendly at all. She said “hello” and I said “hi, how are you?” back, but I didn’t get a response from her, so I assumed she was on the phone or something. I was looking at the menu prices while I was waiting for her to follow up with me. After 30 seconds or so, she finally said, “are you checking in?” I responded by saying “yes, I have a 1:00 appointment for a pedicure” and gave her my name. I originally booked an express pedicure but wanted to get a gel pedicure instead.
