very helpful, i had a problem with a drain pump in the basement for the toilet and they said they dont work on those. However, Craig was able to give me advice on it and had me try something to determine that i just needed a float switch for the pump. They saved me hundreds of dollars by pinpointing the problem over the phone to something i can easily fix by myself. 10/10 would recommend. Very helpful and easy to work with!

I have been going to the Brownsville Small Animal Clinic since 1985 and I will continue to go there for the care that my animals receive. It would be nice though since I am a long standing customer that I would be given a perk to my bottom line of the bill. Just a suggestion.
